Squash Seeds Two Ways

The other day I made spaghetti squash for us two. We got the squash from Kam's cousin when she stayed out our place (and was stuck here all weekend because of the big snow storm). Instead of letting those seeds go to waste, I just had to roast them and keep them for a snack. Squash seeds are just like pumpkin seeds and make a delicious snack!
I roasted my seeds two different ways. and here's how!
Cinnamon & Sugar Seeds
In a small bowl mix together your seeds, about a TBSP of olive oil, and a liberal amount cinnamon & sugar.
Spread on a baking sheet.
Broil in the oven for about 5 minutes.
& Enjoy!
Simply Salted Seeds

Have you ever roasted pumpkin or squash seeds? If so, give your suggestions in the comments below!

  1. I love making pumpkin seeds! As we have 10 pumpkins from our garden we will be doing this in the future! :)
