50 Recipes: No Carb Avocado Burger

We had some left over hamburgers of a BBQ the other day, but no buns. What is a girl to do? How about serving the burgers without the bun! Here's what I did:

  • Zap the burger & some cheese (I used pepper jack) in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
  • Top the burger with avocado (or guacamole) & BBQ sauce
  • Serve with fresh, summery sides
  • &Enjoy
