For my sister's baby shower this past weekend, we decided to serve punch. Since the shower took place mid-morning a juicy breakfast punch was in order. Luckily my mom found a recipe for some delicious banana punch. MMmmm, so tasty! (We modified it based on the ingredients we had on hand.)
Ingredients: (makes 5 quarts)

- 7 cups (+3 juice cans full) water
- 3.5 cups sugar
- 5 bananas, mashed in a blender
- 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
- 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate
- 6 oz frozen pineapple juice concentrate
- 1 quart ginger ale
Steps:
- Boil sugar at 7 cups of water for 5 minutes.
- Cool.
- Add remaining ingredients (except ginger ale)
- Freeze
- Remove from freezer 2-3 hours before serving.
- Mix with ginger ale.
Other considerations
- Float assorted fruit in the punch bowl
- Add vodka for a kick
