50 Recipes: Graham Cracker Pie Crust

I was commissioned to write about Peanut Butter Pies over on LHL. For that pie you are supposed to use a graham cracker pie crust. Well of course you could always buy graham cracker pie crust from the grocery store, but why would you, when you can make your own? So that's what I did.
  • 1.5 cup crushed graham crackers, crumbed
  • 6 TBSP melted butter
  • 1/3 sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Combine all the ingredients until well mixed
  • Press into pie tin
  • Bake at 375 C for 7 minutes
  • Cool
This pie crust is so delicious! The hubs loves the cinnamon taste. My crumbs tend to be a but chunky, but I like the unique look that turns out. Yum Yum Yum!
