Easy Tortelinni

Woops. This picture is the worst! But this recipe/dish is really simple & tasty. Perfect for a nice easy meal for one or two! Here's what I did:

Ingredients:

• Tortellini (I used left overs from this recipe)
• Olive oil
• Grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

• Cook Tortellini 
• In a small bowl mix tortellini and olive oil
• Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top
• & enjoy simplicity
