Grasshopper Pie

Yum. Look at this delicious frozen pie!

My best friend, who lives in California, asked me to make this for his mother's birthday since he couldn't be there to celebrate with her. I jumped at the chance. I love trying out new recipes. I love birthdays. I love moms. & I love my best friend. 

Plus this pie was soooo easy! Check it out.

Only two ingredients are necessary. 

• Oreo pie crust
• Mint Chip ice cream

It takes less that 5 minutes to make.

• Open each container.
• Spread ice cream inside the pie crust
• Cover & freeze.
• Remove from fridge a couple minutes before serving
• &enjoy!

Of course you could always make your own Oreo pie crust & your own ice cream. But in a time crunch, this is the best! And I made it under $5. Woo hoo!
