A few weeks ago I started making this green triangle quilt. The idea was inspired from Elise's quilts over at Enjoy It. My sister had given me a bunch of fabric & craft supplies for college graduation, and I had been waiting for the right project for the fabric.
So far I have:
- cut the fabric into squares
- cut the squares in have to make triangles
- pinned the triangles together
- sewed along the long edge to make squares.
After I finish that last step I will piece the quilt together to make the front of the quilt. Then I will have to find fabric for the back, fabric for the binding, and padding for the middle.
I don't see this project being complete anytime soon, but at least I have started.
