Crochet Giraffe Stuffed Animal

This cute little giraffe has a sad story behind it. After seeing some really cute crocheted animals on Pinterest, I decided that I would start crocheting some for my little nieces nephews to-be. Around the same time I was looking for inspiration and tutorials, the unborn baby of one of my siblings went to be with the Lord.

This funny looking giraffe was made for that baby. I made it mostly as a way for myself to mourn for this child, but also so the baby's parents could have a symbol and a memory of their little one.

To my little niece or nephew: I love you. I miss you. You are so very special to me.
