Flower Pot Cement Block Up-Cyle

I found these abandoned cement block earlier this summer and knew they could be used for something creative, fun, and summery! So I went to work on turning them in to flower planters. Here's what I did:
Taped a grape bag from the grocery store inside the holes so that the soil would stay inside, but so there would be drainage for the water. Then I added the soil & transplanted the flowers. What do you think?
This was a super easy project that took like, less than five minutes. It adds so much to our patio. I love the summery, unique feel to this planter. Working outside with plants makes me happy and at peace. Such a different feeling than I get when I am at work. There I am inside, working with people, and always on the go. I love that feeling too, but it is nice to be able to do other things I love to.
