Ingredients: (for 2 servings)
- fresh brussels sprouts (about 12), clipped and halved
- 1/8 onion, sliced
- 3 TBSP bacon grease
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt & pepper to season
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a frying pan
- Fry on medium heat until golden brown
- & enjoy!
